Location of source MD: data/hacker-manual.md, can be copied to $lib or anywhere in the scripts/make-docs.js script

It is important to have standard styling ready (especially headings (H1, H2, H3 and H4), and lists and bullets (ul, li))

I think it would be nice to use MDX - it would allow us to add non-standard comps to the page

First iteration at https://ethbrno.cz/manual/
I replaced mdsvex with snarkdown,mdsvex does not run well with vite on client side and this will limit our options. In case of some more complicated logic achievable only by MDX it is relatively easy to replace.
